Squash update. It looks like the only plant I'm going to get a squash off of this season is the 1055 Pitura, assuming it makes it. The 1055's fruit was a later set but its growing well right now, its only about 50 lbs. The 1131 Timm has aborted two so far. I have another opening in a couple days I'll try it again and we'll see if this one sticks. My other squash plants I started have all turned freak. The 881 Beauchemin turned into a big ribbon vine, its only about 6' long. I haven't pulled this one but it probably won't produce a fruit. I use it as my test plant to try out new sprays on to see how it reacts, so far I haven't killed it.
