This one is about 24 days old. It is averaging about 14 pounds a day also and is growing fast. We are going to let the vines grow for another few weeks as we did not get the seeds into the ground until mid may this year and it is our first year. Our contest is not until October 25 and we have warm to hot weather all the way into november so I am hoping for good growth until contest - it is our first year though. Any advice on fertilizers etc is greatly appreciated. Right now we have bat guana around stump area and also are spraying with miracle grow about once a week. thanks. steve
