Haven't had a lot of time to contribute to the diary this year. A cold spring really put things behind for my garden and agriculture in the are in general. I originally started out with one of pumpkinpals seeds and a 1362 Poirer. Something took down Erics plant at about the third leaf, and I selfed the 1362 July 27th. Way behind the last two years. Right now the fruit is estimated around 150 lbs, and the cold weather has kept it growing slow.
I had some disease pressure twice this year, but knocked it out with fungicide. From then, I just let the plant grow wild, with no pattern and really no maintenace for burying the vines.
