I lost the fruit on my 1012 Hester plant. A small soft spot that had dried up started to ooze again yesterday. I decided to see what was going on and found it rotted a small hole straight back into the cavity. After I opened the hole up about a half gallon of bad smelling rotten pumpkin juice ran out.
Its final estimated weight was 1112 lbs.
It was weighed on a certified scale at 1071 lbs.
3.69% under the estimated weight.
I had intended on taking the 1012's fruit to Altoona. I now plan on taking the 1385 Jutras fruit to Altoona and the fruit on my 629 Snyder to Longwood Gardens. If something happens to one of those two I won't be taking a fruit to one of the weigh-offs.
