Here is split in stem. I have been dousing it with antibiotic foot powder. And covering it at night then uncovering it in day as weather has been warm and dry since split started. It as grown in stem but not in pumpkin itself. I also made a few slices in stem above it to relieve stress. it has put on a few hundred pounds since split start and is still putting on over ten pounds a day. Thank you for all advice on this.
