3 days to grow one inch ott. that is where i am sitting to get to 363 or over 1000 lbs estimate on georgie on the 1041. the added potassium last week and warm weather were kind to growth along with a good deal of watering. 167-98-97 are the numbers. funny thing is if you do the widest side by side towards the back of the widest part pumpkin it shows 98 which would give me the 363" ott. but the soil has a slight depression in that area which accounts for the extra inch. i want so bad to just call it a 1000 lbs estimate but the majority of the soil in that widest point area is at the higher soil level. so i have to go with that number leaving me one inch short. still got 3 days but with clouds and cooler temps, we will see what happerns. i just can't believe it is still slowly growing. the cantaloping is heavy and this will be the first year i hook bags of water to the vines to help elininate weight loss. after 997 lbs last year, it definately can't hurt. i just hope with the continued slow growth outside is meaning the kin is getting thicker walls inside. at this point, 1% heavy is all i need.
