Looking for one more chance to grow this. Any of you orange fanatics have one to trade or sell?
I have a few great seeds from last season, 2032, 2002, 2058 if that is of interest...also quite a few from the Northrup family of seeds that I could swap.
If there was a selfed version of this seed that would also be interesting. Shannon Engel, are there any of your 1048 left?

I sent one last year to Orangeneck. I'll check when I get home to make sure I didn't have 2.

Steve, John and I have already been in touch. I tried him first. He mentioned you had sent him 1. Sorta funny that you are sending him his own seed back!

KC, John made a mistake and was overly generous. I had one he gave me and returned it because he has a better chance of selfing it and growing it big than I do. John will give me 777 seeds when he grows it.

Frank I do happen to have 4 of the 907 :D
I just might. Let me explain the appeal of the 777. I started the year with 12 plants at the big patch; mostly Orange genetics but a few with bigun genes as well. The plant that outperformed them all was the 777. the stump had a 18 inch circumfrence. The main vine was like a 2" pvc pipe. Moreover, when the mosaic hit, and it hit us hard, the plants all went down. Except this one. Its still standing. Looks like heck, but its still standing. Unfortuneately we lost the kin about 385 est. to a BES at the 33 day mark. It was the best shape and color in the patch and was getting up a head of steam. So I really like the 777 genetics. Really a great plant.

Frank I grew the 559 Fraley this year that was a 288 Buglio cross. We managed about a 600 lber before it stopped growing due to the Mosaic. It was a super strong plant and growing so well. Its a nice Orange fruit.
