I have some laying out on my deck and it's frozen. Will freezing it hurt the fertilizer in any way.

Freezing the container may be a greater problem. Better get a pan of some sorts under it.

AG, wheres the cheapest place you know you can buy neptunes, I seen it anywhere from 5 to 10 bucks diffrence in Price.

I was able to pick up a 55 gallon Neptune's fish last year for $120. Local place was clearing out excess inventory.
