I live in Arkansas and have been trying to locate a place to buy Calcium Nitrate without any luck. I have contacted the Extension Agent and he said he was not awae of a supplier. Do any of you have suggestions? 4 kids

Look in the yellow pages under "hydroponics" and call some of your local stores. That is how I found it locally. Lots of goodies in the hydroponics stores!!

You may not find any in your state...It is one of those controlled fertilizers. We order ours threw a local greenhouse.

Because it is an oxidizer you might have to sign a document attesting to the intended use of the product. This is the post 9-11 world we live in.
