Can any experienced grower tell me about Ironite? I hear it's good, but have no clue on how to use it. My plant has one true leaf on it now. When would I use it and would it be applied to the ground once or more in the growing season? Thanks, Jim

Jim 8, I useually mix a few pounds of Ironite in the patches while tilling the cover crop. I ONLY use it as required/suggested by my soil test from A&L Labs. I fear heavy metal build up, and the binding with other elements if is just randomly broad cast...

I used Ironite for the first time last year. Can't really say if it really makes a difference, but I will use it again this year. I applied it as per recommendations on the bag and tilled it in with the final tilling right before planting.
