Anyone know the application rate of solupotasse 0-0-50 water soluable powder?

Rob,

This looks like sulfate of potash. Without knowing your soil test results we're just guessing but I'd keep the rate around 10 lbs per acre or 3.6 oz per 1000 sq ft.

If I have a miracle grow feeder or a dial feeder, can I use it for this? If so how much would I put into the feeder. There are no directions on the bag. It sounds as if your directions apply it directly to the soil and drench it. Any help would be great. Thanks, Rob

Yes,

Place the 3.6 oz into the feeder, turn it on & let the thing run until it has emptied out onto the allocated 1000 sq ft area. If it's hooked to a sprinlker that only covers 500 sf, use 1.8 oz instead. If it's a hand held gun, make sure to apply the same volume evenly to all of the treated area.

Thanks Steve. This is for the fertilizer challenged.

Might I inquire as to where you were able to obtain your 0-0-50?

There is a place in Stafford, CT called WH Millikowski's. they have 22 bags left at about $15-17. They are 25 pounds of water soluable potassium sulphate. I dealt with Mike. He is great. http://www.possumrungreenhouse.com/milikowski.html
