hi all
i was just woundering if any body can give me as much info as possible on the top 10 giant pumpkin for 2007 grown bye joe jutras, don young, dan and jason mckie, bill rodonis, quinn werner, dave and carol stelts, pete glasier, dave and carol stelts, steve razo and ron wallace. any info or as much info you can give me on those giant pumpkins i wound really appriceate it

martin: you need to get a hold of the SNGPG dec. 2007 news letter. it has a lot of info on the top pumpkins grown in 2007. i am not sure if they still have memberships available. if they do it is well worth it.

a lot of common denominators between these top ten growers you have mentioned. the biggest thing they all have in common? they are all excellent growers, plan there crosses and work there plan.

students of the game so to speak. the seed selection is important to them. but the soil and system they use means equally as much

oh ya one other thing---- each one is totally committed to the hobby an persuit of a championship each and every year.

like a good football player they dont take playes off and they dont quit when failure rears its ugly head.
here are a couple key things they all have in common

while some are sipping a refreshment under a tree ? they are still out there finishing up

while some are at the beach getting a tan? they are knee deep in hot soil pruning,buring and watering

while some are talking about it? they are doing it

while some take a summer vacation? this is there summer vacation

when some decided to get started with spring prep? they already had it done last fall

while your wondering if you should? they know they should?

one last thing they all have in common? you would be proud to have any one of them as your next door neighbor. even if they did not grow anything
