seedlings are just popping through the peat pots. When should i fertilize them? and is a 1/2 dose good. instead of putting 1 tsp.per gallon. Only use 1/2 ? 10-50-10

I don't fertilize until i plant them outside.I'm a bit radical with it but am happy with the results I dig a 4-3ft hole. then I mix well lime peat moss with the soil then mix 2#of0-0-60 muriated potash,2#of 0-46-0triple superphosphate, 1 1/23 of ironite then I Put it back in the hole And bank the excess around the pit. then I add fish emolsion and composted seaweed then I plant a lot of work but effective!!!!!!!!

I also wait until the seedlings are out in the coldframe. Since the weather is so un-predictable I may need to keep the plants in a little longer. Fertilizing them now will only make me have to move them out quicker.
