Hydrolysate fertilizer is to me the very best of the organic fertilizers. A 3% nitorgen hydrolysate is equal in benifits to the plant as 15% synthetic fertilizer. I have never had any burning using it.
As far as the ammendments you are looking at I feel that their is at least one 'Complete Natural Humate' available that can give you all you need in one package. This is an all naural 100% organic humate that is mined and process in a way that the natural helpful biology is still alive. It also has most all of the trace elements you need in addition. I am buying this in a 40 pound bag for less than $2.00 a bag.
