I just got a 500 gallon water tank, and I got two questions, 1st is how high do I need to put it? It will be right next to the patch. Also how stout of a structure do I need to build to hold it? (2x6's, 4x4's, etc.) If someone has a pic of one up in the air, just email it too me, I can build one from a picture. Thanks, Duke

I have a 250 gallon tank that I have 7 feet high. I just stacked two rows of ten pallets each, and put the tank on top of that.

Here is a used 275 gallon fertilizer tote tank that we place on top of 14 pallets. The resultin head pressure was "adequate".

We'd fill it off site & replace it with the fork truck again:

It requires 620 gallons to deliver 1 inch of water to 1000 sq ft so our single tank was barely helpful.

This year we sre using two 275 gal tanks plus this item:

This 700 gal tank plus the two 275's will give us about 1250 gallons for a total of 2000 sq ft at 1 inch. This is still just barley adequate so we're hoping the weather helps.
