I have had a thought for quite some time now and thought one of the great minds on the board could help.

I was reading a previous thread on Miracle Gro and Tad12 said that the nitrate salts from chemical fertilizers cause damage to the microbes by basically sucking the water out of them as I understand. Would you run into this same issue with chemical forms of phosphorus and potassium? We only need enough nitrogen to get a nice vine established but it would be nice to be able to push the phosporus and potassium to the vine later.
