How often do you all spray with Talstar??? And How much to 1 gallon,,,,,Thanks,,,,greg

1/2oz per gallon. It's not systemic so it's dependant on rain. If no rain apply every 12 to 14 days. Talstar is very potent stuff and it works! Be sure not to apply on anything you plan to eat.

The effective residual of bifenthrin depends on exposure to the sun.

Buried under ground such as a termite treatment it can last 5+ years.
Appled under leaves that provide shading 28 days is reasonable.
Solar crops that are finished expanding 2-3 weeks is fair.
Pumpkins on the run will outgrown their treatment long before the rsidual is spent so:
We use an average of 10ml/gal every 10-14 days.
Tom's protocol is much better if the vines are still running.
