I read some posts which state positive germination results after soaking seeds in a humic acid solution. Is this a full strength, as suggested on the package? Or a diluted version?

Check the mixing ratio on the package Kathy, I usually go a little on the light side. It can vary from product to product as the actual Humic Acid content (% wise) is very different in many of these. Alot of the Hydroponic offered products have the lowest amount of HA in them.
