Lately I have been spraying a mixture of milk, molasses, and baking soda to keep away mildew as this is the time it usually appears in arizona. Today I added some fish emulsion to the mixture and the stuff started to fizz and bubbled about 2 feet into the air.I figure this is some sort of chemical reaction from the baking soda and fish, has anybody experienced this? Do you think it is bad to spray this bubbly mixture n the plants.

The fish emulsion is acidic.. It's like the old vinegar and soda trick, same reaction. I personally wouldn't foliar apply molasses. It will draw bugs like crazy.
