Congratulations. I think yours is a very well balanced soil. You only have to raise the OM slowly, within the next 10 years.

Sorry Stan....heres the Nitrogen number...29ppm....Guess i skipped right past it. So, besides adding organic matter, what else for ammendments should be added at the rate of lbs/1000 sq ft? Thanks all.

The Ca:Mg ratio is wide. It would be nice to raise the %OM too.
Don't get too hung up on the Nitrate. From the minute we pull or sample the N levels are changing. Even after the sample is secured in a bag. I don't put much stock in N readings unless it's very high.
