I can buy maxi crop from peaceful farm supply for 15.$ per pound or 15.$ per gallon of growmore seaweed which would be more for the money? & which one would be more effective ,they both seam good to me ?? not talking about shipping ,I can get eater for around 15$

I prefer the extract powder, otherwise you're just paying for water. Maxicrop's extraction process is not ideal, though it's the right variety of seaweed. Ideally you want cold water processed ascophyllum nodosum (N. Atlantic Sea Kelp).

I use Nature's Essence Seaweed Extract Powder, though the other brand that's found more nationally is Acadian Seaplants.

I thought that I had read some where that the powder has more antibiotics in it. But I can't remember. I used both last year and mixed them in my hose end sprayer. A little powder goes a long way.
