My leaf stems and vines are yellow...means you are going to have orange pumpkins!!

when mr. hyde gets back tell him that yellow vines and leaf stems usually are not an indication of a problem. just a genetic trait that usually means a orange pumpkin later in the season.
however, many time when just the new growth ( aka tips and first couple leaves) turn whitish yellow/pale? you need a good shot of boron) --- twenty mule team borax is available at the grocery store-we apply in our back pack sprayer.( 2 tbl spoons per gallon)
any defeciency problems usually always show up FIRST in the plants vine tips/
