Does anybody spread 10-10-10 fertilizer in there patches?

we did use it several years ago. its a mild mix.
spreading 3-4 pounds under each plant every couple weeks would help growth.3 lbs for a small plant and 4lbs for a large plant

I have used it as a "starter" many times, and it gets the plants off to a quicker start.

We use and recommend a liquid triple 10 throughout the season.

Watch the Nitrogen. 10-10-10 or 20-20-20 describes the amount of Nitrogen-Potassium-Phosphate in the fertilizer. You can ad a lot of Potassium and Phosphate without causing a problem but a little to much Nitrogen will burn your plant.

Zombie..I use 20-20-20-..because that is what I have left from the days when we bought 25 lb buckets..I stil spray it a few times a year..NOW being one of them..I like to try to re-invorgorate some plant and leaf energy.. I mix a 5 oz dixie cup of 20-20-20 with 4 gallons of water..no leaf burn or negative results..Plants just green up a bit. If you are still concerned..time spraying it with a coming rain..it will wash off and get into the soil.
