BTW, it says at the bottom of the page on that link that the page was revised January 2003 so I'd say it's still good, they just got their links screwed up on their main site.

Now, I am a little slow, but maybe someone can answer this for me. Is shipping included in the price (such as through the US Postal Service) and if you want it shipped faster, you can call for a price quote by UPS? -Tim
