It depends on your magnesium and sulfur levels. You need to test your food before you add salt :)

depends on your soil test results.
my patch is low on magnesium so i will be spreading about 2 lbs of it

I use this a few times a year, seaagri.com I think it is alot better than epsom salt. It is dehydrated sea water. Makes plants healthier, vegetables taste better, bloom sooner.

I know this is an older post but watch this clear to the end......this guy knows how to use epsom salt...just gotta figure how much with what your soil is doin..Again Listen and watch clear to the end or fast forward.. A must watch!!
