I have watered for 5 days at 30 min every two hours when it was 90, but its been 70 now and have stopped watering the last two days. Clay soil, is it true that the wet soil is making my leaves drop. I tried the sprinkler trick and the don't want to pop up, mybe they need viagra. SHOULD I STOP WATERING???????????????????

You could be drowning them. Try letting the soil dry out for one day. Check for root rot, and perhaps powdery mildew, these could also make your leaves drop.
Are there any mushy spots at the base of leaf nodes? Any yellow spots on leaves. If so then it could be the above two things. You could spray with Daconil to help these things.

I also have clay soil. I water every other day. On the real hot days I mist about 10 mins. every couple of hours.
