It’s getting quite cold and damp here and I have PM starting to grow. Can I add copper fungicide in with my foliar feeding fertilizer? I’m using Urea mate.

If using Urea Mate it has copper chelate in it so shouldn't be a problem. If using TKO Phosphite don't use with copper.

I dont know the chemistry of it or the application rate of your product but soluble fertilizers which already contain copper might be beneficial as a guide.
