Where is the best place to get a soil test in the San Francisco (actually Santa Rosa) done. Also what is the procedure of collecting samples?

There is an A&L labs right there in CA. That is where i get my tests done. Their web-site will give you all the info on getting samples, where to send, etc. Here is their site for services.
