Warrior Z is the newest version. Check your local chemical companies, AG stores, farm supplies.

Try Bayer Tree and Shrub, same active ingredient.

No. Bayer T&S is Imidaclporid - same as Admire, Merit, Provado, Marathon, etc.

Warrior (Z & T are identical) is Lambda-cyhalothrin. Same as Battle, Scimitar, Suspend, Demon, etc. There is also a consumer version we found here last year. For the life of me I can't remember the name of it though.

Do a search here for "Lambda-cyhalothrin" & you'll find it.

Better yet, just go to

www.seedoutlet.com

& have Brent send you a Pint of Talstar-One. It isn't labeled for Pumpkins. But it works better & is general use. Same as the restricted us Capture 2E. Works better than Warrior & is just as safe.

Triazicide is the garden retailer one.

That's it. Spectracide makes the Triazicide. Thank you Shannon.

Be careful though. They use the name "Triazicide" the way Scotts uses "Turfbuilder". Quite a few products are sold with that name despite their containing different materials. Marketing people!

Look for the Triazicide that only contains Lamda-cyhalothrin as the active ingredient. There is another one that also contains fungicide. This is fine later in the season. But our early sprays for SVB & Cuke Beetles don't need to have any fungicide in them.
