This guy goes at a manageable pace. I can tell its smart stuff although it might require a bit of work and money to put it into practice.

I suggest setting y'all's YT player to 1.25 speed. I did not watch all of either but it helped for what I watched. Cool that they thought of distilled water to drench with to re-hydrate yet not add additional items. eg
