My plant's new growth is very pale. Is this a sign of lack of nitrogen? I have not even fed it nitrogen other than the organics in the soil. Have been good with the P & K however.

The other question: I seem to lose older leaves to an early death (45 days or so) and was wondering what fert. lack could be causing this.

Thanks all.

Hey Ben....You are mighty lucky that an AG will even grow in the "Valley in the Sun". My plants suffer when the temps hit 90°. It seems to me that most folk who try to grow in those temps are using a misting system.
Had you considered moving to the Pacific Northwest? :>)

Stan,

You bet I have! Will you cover my relocation costs and find me a decent job?

Stan,

Hehe lived in Washington St. for 20 years. Do I ever miss it in the summer!!!! Come winter, well I'll take our winters down here thank you. What did me in was the darn snow as I lived mostly on the east side of the Cascades back then. Still have plenty of friends up there.

Yeah gotta love trying to grow AG's in summer here. Tried and failed. Gonna start Feb. of next year.

Sorry Gad's...I'm not very computer literate. I can send an e-mail pix, but I am not savy about posting pictures here.
