How often dose everyone fertilize and how much. Also please mention what type of soil you have. So far I've noticed better than average growth the day after fertilizing. Also after rain. I fertilize 3 times a week about a pound a week for 3 plants. Also what type are you using I'm using 18-17-38. Thank you for your imput. mark

I fertilize once a week with fish emulsion, I also make tea from some powder fertilizers, and run it through my drip system. I also foliar feed with maxicrop, (kelp) atleast once or twice a week. My soil is clay, however I have added lots of horse manure compost, and also other compost. My pumpkin grows noticeably more the night that I water it.

I'm using fish emulsion once a week, and Peter's 20-20-20 fertilizer once a week as well. I've also noticed increased growth rate after watering the plant. Does this mean that it is not getting enough water or is this "normal"?
