Yes, I'm crazy. I live in Fl and hate the sand they call "soil" here. I've succeeded in growing my pumpkin (I call her Libby)to 100 lbs. as of today July 14 2013. I'd like to know if anyone else has done this crazy method, and if so if they have any secrets to keep it growing and growing. Currently it grows from 3-9 lbs a day, depending on how much extra watering it gets fro the rain. Also, does anyone know of ANY contests near Tampa FL?
