Does anyone have a line on seeds for large jalapeno peppers. I only have access locally to a variety known as Mucho Nacho which are fairly small but prolific - (I only need to grow them once every two years for making pickled jalapenos). I am interested in larger ones for making stuffed jalapenos. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the links everyone. The recipe I use to pickle my Jalapenos was created by trial and error using normal pickling methods:
Brine (use your favorite pickling ratio - mine is): 12 cups water, 3 cups vinegar, 1/2 cup pickling salt
Add 1-2 tbsp turmeric to brine Slice up jalapenos Mince up an onion Add jalapenos and onion to jar(s), fill with brine, seal and wait.
