Does anyone else grow them. I know they can be invasive in some places. They are not here, so I'm growing a lot of them. Started with 9 tubers two years ago and this year I already have about 350 tubers planted from the original 9. I have them growing around the border of my pumpkin patch. They taste real good raw in salads. And I like to bake them and eat them with ketchup like french fries.
