Im not sure how this happened but I had 6 set on one plant for seed stock and the biggest one I just weighed today hit 50.2 pounds 1 pound better than the 49 pounder I grew on 1 plant by itself. It measured 2 inches smaller ott so it was a surpise to me it hit 50 pounds but it did feel heavy. The walls were much thicker then the 49 pounder.Picture posted.

Marty. That's awesome. Has any other Grower ever grown 2 such heavy Cantaloupes in one growing season in the same Garden ?

There was 4 plants from my 37 pounder I grew last year from the 64 Robb world record. One plant got wilt with 1 one it and it was big but rotted because I did not have anything under the fruit. The other plant is in a raised bed and a tomato plant took it over but has one on around 35 pounds or more.So all plants put on some very big friut.
