I use it sometimes, although I can't say how much it helps. (I mix it with liquid fertilizer) I wish I knew exactly what was in it. I think it is a mixture of plant hormones and micronutrients. You probably are providing similar hormones and nutrients through the use of fish emulsion and seaweed.

It's Vitamin B1 and Naphthyl Acetic Acid. You can make your own far stronger and much cheaper.
