I bought seeds (250 seeds to be exact) to some sunflowers in Germany that look very promising. The plants are over 15 feet tall, and they all seem to be that tall. The listing has a news article with a picture of the plants.
She doesn't use paypal; so you'll have to wire the money, unless you have a friend in Germany that can order them for you.
