we have those pesky little catterpillars on our new apple and peach trees. We had sprayed with neem oil but has since rained. Would Sevin be good to get rid of those nasty leaf eaters?

RBMaker, do a Google search on winter moth and you'll likely find some good info, especially about the lifecycle of the moth. Wrapped my trees trunks and applied Tanglefoot late last fall. Used a lot of Sevin when moths arrived but trees have not looked better in 3 years. Some worms have survived, but the glut is over I hope. Best of luck, Duff

Check your local nurseries/greenhouses for the wrapping material...it's a 3-4" wide paper that won't react badly with the trees. Tanglefoot I think is a brand name for a pretty sticky goo that traps pests. Best of luck. Feel free to email me with any questions...Asselinduffy@aol.com...Duff
