Hello all, I am wondering if any one has any good recipes using pears.. You know pear butter, sauce etc. Our county here let the public pick pears on the 80 acres of property. These are Comice and Bosc pears.. Please email me at polka799@cs.com if you have any good recipes. Thank you

My favorite is spiced pears and pear sauce.
You can look up recipes, but for pear sauce, you just quarter removing seeds. Cook. sieve out like you would apples for apple sauce. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste, and eat. Or you can hot water bath for 15 minutes.
