not sure on the name but i seen it on a auction site and it was listed as jack and the bean stalk suspose to get like 12 to 16 ft or so it said.auction ended and i wasent high bidder so was just wondering if anybody knows of this bean and were i could buy from. none of my seed catalogs have this bean in them. or any really tall bean. Thanks any info would be great Duane

The only bean I know of that gets that high, Is the castorbean(the leaves and seeds are poisonous. http://rareseeds.com/seeds/Castor-Bean

Almost any pole bean will get that tall but they get kind of hard to pick.

thanks for that info i just thought that since i was going to try and grow ags and other giants this year that i might as well try and find a long vined bean as well so it would not be just for eatin but for lookin at as well.. Thanks Duane
