I also have a problem with a baby fox digging holes in my pumpkin mounds. The little B**tard dug out my 1131 i replanted it and hoping it makes a recovery. Any suggestions to keep the fox out of the hills. I like em cause they keep the bunnies and the tree rats away from my garden

When I was a kid I read this book named "The King, the Mice, and the cheese"...so you have a fox because you had bunnies...now you need a mountain lion to get the fox.....could a patch elephant be far behind......?

Were you using any kind of fish fertilizer? They can smell it and will dig to find what they think is the buried fish.

HOOTS yes I was and have been using that and seaweed fert.

So should I stop using it for a while? What do I use in its place.

LIpumpkin, Yep had tree rats got a cat then got to many cats and got a dog, then had to get a fox, the next step is a mountain lion, lol Plan on stealing a elephant from the local cirucs in late july. lol(just kidding)

Captain, yeah I would definitely stop with the fish, better that than lose a plant to a fox. As far as what to replace it with I'm not sure. Someone with more knowledge will have to help you there.
