Ok my seeds came up in 2 days & some 4 days, Pretty fast i thought ! Look good so far , Its been cloudy & rainy ,And looks like it will be for a while , So i put a double Floresent light right over the seedlings, Aprox 3-5 inchs over them , Question is do i leave lights on for certain hours a day or do they stay on all time ???

We always went with 16 hours a day..A plant needs some rest period. Once they get bigger we would throw a fan on them to prevent leggyness.

I do 16 hrs of light also.

Yep 16 hours is right. Also drop the lights down to 1 " above the plants.

Thanks guys for info , Much appreciate it !!! & to Richard B I did not know there was a new forum for tomatoes, Iv been lucky to get some work & iv been very busy ,but good idea I will check it out when i get time !!
