I was thinking of buying this book but it is from 1995 and alot has probally changed in 14 years. Are their any newer books out there about growing giant vegetables?

Rather than buying the book you could see if your local library has it. I always check and see if my library has a book before I buy it. They probably would have a lot of other gardening books of interest to you too.

It's a good book to get started! One of the few books on growing giant vegetables that I own. Bernard Lavery probably had more vegetable world records than any other grower. Some of his records, like cabbage, still hold to this day.
