I am interested in growing some giant cabbages. I have never grown any cabbage. Do the giant varieties taste as good as the small ones ?
Are their seeds available or is it best to buy small started plants ?
Any special soil conditions /fertilizers.
Do they grow a deep taproot, were a mound might be beneficial?

OS 2 is the variety you want...search giant cabbages online or try finding some video. Them cabbage growers are a crazy bunch...I mean why would you grow something that big that gives you gas :)
