Can anyone let me know the proper names for the colorful varieties of sunflowers?
I've grown the giant/tall variety (yellow version) for the past few years with pretty good success but my wife was wondering if we could add some other colours...
Suggestions? I've seen some pretty nice ones in some diaries but don't recall the names.
Thanks/Glenn

Velvet Queen and Cherry Rose are two nice dark ones to start with. Some seed houses will sell you mixed packets of about 90 seeds for less than $3.00! ($2.95 to be exact) Check out HenryFields.ca or Vesey seeds from York, PEI.
