OK its getting to be that time again. I have hosted this insane Giant Seed Exchange for 9 years now. Here is what it is. Each grower packages 25-30 seed packages of something giant. Like Long Gourds, Watermelon, Canteloupe, Field Pumpkins, Beans, Tomatoes, Sunflowers, Corn, Onions, Beets, Swedes, or anything else odd. The catch is it can not be Atlantic Giant seeds.

You send your seeds to us. Then Chardonnay and I sort them, Box them and send them to the participants. All I ask in return is $5.00 to cover the cost of packaging and postage.

We are trying to limit the varieties so we do not have all of the same seeds to have a good variety.

The Cut Off will be 30 participants. Last year we had 35. You must send seeds to parcipate in the exchange. It can be only a few seeds of a variety in 30 packs.

OK new participants...you must have 30-35 individual seed packets. No bulk seeds Chardonnay and I will not repackage them. You also must include the $5 for the box and return postage.

OK I have to vent here a little bit...an Exchange Requires participation. We opened up the exchange and closed it to other participants shortly after. At that point we had 35 participants. I had to turn away atleast a dozen growers that had participated in past years.

We also have received several exchanges that are bulk seeds, and no return postage. The instructions were very clear and repeated twice. (35) Individual seeds packets with what they are and who they are from, along with $5 return postage. The Exchange is very easy to do if these instructions are followed.

Again Thank You to those growers that can follow the instructions, and have the seeds here by the deadline set. For those that canceled out after being contacted. Next year post to the exchange so others who wanted to partipate can.
