Brewing, is for beer, I think? & changing cider into hard cider might be a fermenting process...like making liquor? & that might be illegal in Minnesota, w/out a permit of some type!!! But what do I know? Peace, Wayne

If you do end up makeing Hcider then take some of it and put it in the freezer. The part that doesn't freeze is called applejack around here. It will warm you up during the coldest of winter nights.. :)

Chad, I know a guy that makes the best I've ever had, unreal smooth and great taste, and it'll knock yer socks off before you know it. Hands down the best. Dr. Greenthumb, the freezing part is illegal, its good, I've had it, but it'll get ya tossed in jail.

You can boil the juice for about 2 hrs with cinnamon sticks and then let cool completely until COLD then add ever clear and you got apple pie. Awesome drink
