First Year growing Watermellon and Cantilope in my Ontario Garden, Ive been watering allot and been fertilizing monthly

and i current have 4 cantilope which are the size of apples

and I had a few small watermellon which were pretty much the size of peas then they fell off

what am i doing wrong with the watermellons my cantilopes
are seeming to off to a great start they seemed to grow
really fast the first 2 weeks now they dont seem to be growing anymore?

any suggestions?
