Was wondering the best way to maintain weight after digging up, cutting leaves( night before or morning of event?) and transport in water?. Do I submerge totaly in water? Set the rutabagas roots alone in water then dry off with a towel just before it being weighed? Sorry for being a pest on this ruty thing just can't find any written info on the subject. I figure someone has to have experience on the subject and if you don't ask you won't know,lol. Thanks again in advance folks.
